  羊葡小鎮」,一個聽起來有法國鄉村味的地方,你知道在哪裡嗎?

 答案是:彰化溪湖!這裡出名是香氣四溢的羊肉爐與飽滿多汁的葡萄啦!

 溪湖位於肥沃的彰化平原上,可以想見當地的葡萄有多麼甜美啊!

 「羊葡小鎮」除了挑逗味蕾外,田野內、葡萄樹叢間的跑步賽道才更是讓人陶醉不已,那份休閒感與樂活氛圍,怎麼能錯過呢!

   2017羊葡小鎮路跑有兩個組別,分別是10公里的全酒中藥羊肉組與5公里的涮羊肉組,適合熱愛路跑的朋友,也適合攜家帶眷一齊牽手快樂跑!

 賽後還準備了,溪湖最富盛名"阿秀羊肉爐的好湯頭,讓您滋養身體補充體力.

 兩組的報名費都很親民,既可以活動身體,又可以認識好土地、品嘗好風味,太划算啦!

 十、報名辦法 

1.本次活動一律採用網路報名,不接受期限後及現場報名,報名形式分 (1) 個人報名、(2) 團體報名(二人以上)。
 繳費方式: 

ATM、網路轉帳、台新銀行臨櫃繳費、郵局轉帳。 

收款銀行/收款分行:台新銀行/台中分行。

一律採郵寄報到:本會將於比賽前一週分批將所有物資包裹寄達。請務必填寫正確的郵寄地址,以免包裹無法寄達;收到郵寄報到包裹代表已完成報到手續,請於活動當天逕自前往活動會場集合即可,活動當天現場不用再報到。請在報名同時繳交郵寄報到費用(如下)。

All by mailing: This event only adopts postal mail for check-in. All the materials for this event will be delivered one week before the activity. Please be sure to fill in the correct mailing address so that the package can be delivered correctly. Receiving the mail parcel represents the completion of the registration procedures. On the right day of the competition, all participants please go to the gathering venue directly because of no on-site check in.

3. Lucky draw: 

a.      On the right day of the event, after finishing storing personal belongings, all the contestants are able to put the raffle tickets into the drawing box. 

b.     Only contestants can join the lucky draw. Don’t throw the raffle ticket stub away. The winners of the lucky draw can receive the rewards by showing the raffle ticket stub at the same time. The number of the winners will be played out three times. If no one stands out for the lucky number that means the participant gives up the chance to get the prize. Others will have a second change to draw the same item.

Don’t throw the ticket stub away. You can enter a lucky draw with it.  

c.      Llucky prizes, .After running: 

  When arriving at the finish line, please follow the traffic flow to receive the gifts.

注意事項Notice

十三、注意事項

1. 參加人員應隨時注意自身安全,路跑沿途若發生身體不適情形,切勿勉強,並就近向大會志工請求協助支援,已過大會規定時間未能跑抵終點之人員,應自負安全之責。

2. 為服務參加人員,05:30起開放進行衣物保管,活動當天人潮眾多,敬請提早寄物,賽後憑號碼布領取,並請於10:00前領回保管物品。(貴重物品請自行保管,若有遺失,本會恕不負責)
3. 安全事項:

a.請參加人員衡量自身實力,切勿爭先恐後,發揮運動家精神,禮讓有實力較佳選手優先出發。

b.跑者無論在任何情況下絕不能借助他人之幫助競賽。跑者應循比賽路徑競賽,不可超越捷徑,或以其他交通工具為之,違者喪失資格。

c.所有參賽跑者必須佩帶大會發給之號碼布,號碼布別於胸前以利裁判辨識,跑者跑抵終點時,若無大會號碼布或於大會規定時間內無法完成全程者,均不予計算名次及成績。另為維持賽會秩序及品質,大會有權將未佩戴大會號碼布下場參賽之跑者隔離,請各位跑者配合。

d.因天氣等不可抗力因素致使活動臨時有所調整變動時,主辦單位將以安全第一為基本原則採取緊急應變措施,若造成不便,敬請見諒。

e.因天氣等不可抗力因素或受其它安全因素所迫,大會得調整活動內容,甚至將活動延期或取消,相關公告將在活動前一日下午12時進行公告。

f.大會有權將此項路跑之錄影、相片及成績於世界各地播放、展出、登錄於大會網站與大會刊物上暨參賽者必須同意肖像與成績,用於相關比賽之宣傳與播放活動上。

g.為地球環保盡一份力,本賽事秩序冊之內容將不提供選手名單。

h.本活動為休閒路跑,非競賽性質,活動無公權力之交通管制,路線上之橫向路口,將視交通流量彈性開放橫向車輛,請參加者務必遵守工作人員引導,並確實遵守交通規則,順向靠邊前進,以確保安全。

i.已完成報名手續者如放棄參賽,請於報名截止日前向大會申請退費(酌扣手續費100元),報名截止後恕不退費。

j.為遵循運動精神及路跑活動慣例,如遇下雨,敬請自備輕便雨衣或雨傘,主辦單位於現場恕不提供雨具,並請記得攜帶保暖衣物。

十四、公共意外險注意事項:
大會為本次活動參賽者投保公共意外險,對於本身疾患引起之病症不在承保範圍內,而公共意外險只承保因意外所受之傷害做理賠。(所有細節依投保公司之保險契約為準)
十五、公共意外險承保範圍:
1.保險對象:大會正式登錄之貴賓、職員、志工及參加人員。
2.被保險人因在保險期間內發生下列意外事故所致第三人體傷、死亡或第三人財物損害,依法應負賠償責任,而受賠償請求時,本公司對被保險人負賠償之責:(1)被保險人或其受僱人因跑步在本保險單載明之競賽路線上發生之意外事故(2)被保險人在競賽路線上之建築物、通道、機器或其他工作物所發生之意外事故。
3.特別不保事項:(1) 個人疾病導致運動傷害。(2) 因個人體質或因自身心血管所致之症狀,例如休克、心臟症、糖尿病、熱衰竭、中暑、高山症、癲癇、脫水等。
4. 選手如遇與跟第二項所述之疾病之病史,建議選手慎重考慮自身安全,自行加保個人人身意外保險。
十六、 請詳閱本規程,以上活動事項如有未盡事宜,得隨時修訂之。本活動單位保有更動修改之權利,以活動官網公告為準。

十八、選手聲明:
本人或團體參加此次活動,在此聲明參加選手身體狀況良好,志願參加此次活動,活動中若發生任何意外事件,願意自行負責,一切責任與主辦單位無關。

Notice:

1.Your safety is the priority. Please stop running if you feel uncomfortable during the competition and

   ask for help from volunteers all the time. Those who can’t arrive at the finish line within limited time should take responsibility for own safety. 

2. Service of personal belongings: Participants’ personal belongings will be stored/collected from 05:30

    to 10:00 on the event day. (Please show your number bib to receive your personal belongings

    after the activity. The event organizer is not responsible for the loss of any personal items). 

3. Safety notice: 

a.     Participants should follow staff’s instructions and maintain order. Chaos and scrambling can be avoided by courtesy. Show your courtesy by giving way to those competitive players. 

b.     Please follow the route. Do not take the short cut, benefit from other's assistance or take other vehicles in any case. Those who are against the rules are disqualified. 

c.      In order to maintain the order and quality of the competition, all the participants have to wear number bibs on the front chest. Those who do not have number bibs will be separated by the organizer.For those runners who arrive at the finish line without the number bibs or can’t finish the competition within the limited time will have their results disqualified from the competition. 

d.     If the activity is adjusted temporarily due to weather and other force majeure factors caused by weather changes, the organizer has to take emergency response measures. Thanks for your consideration for any inconvenience caused. 

e.     If the activity is adjusted or postponed temporarily due to weather and other force majeure factors caused by weather changes, relevant information will be announced at 12:00 pm on the day before the event. 

f.       Upon your registry of the race, you ("Participant") acknowledge and agree that the Information including your photos and grades will be collected and used on activity propaganda by organizers. The video, photos and achievements of this activity will be broadcasted, displayed and registered on the website and publications. 

g.      Based on environmental protection, the booklet will not provide the list of participants. 

h.     This activity is a leisure road running, not a competitive race. Without forced traffic control, all the intersections along the route will be controlled flexibly based on the traffic flow. Participants are supposed to follow staff’s instructions and traffic rules to ensure own safety. 

i.        After the payment is finished, if participants tend to give up entry, please apply for refund (charge for processing fee $100) before the deadline. No refund will be made after the deadline. 

j.        Please bring your own light raincoats or umbrellas in case of the rain, no any rain gear will be provided by the organizers. And don’t forget to carry some clothing to keep warm.

Note for public accidental liability insurance
1.Insurance object: the official VIP, staff, volunteers and attendees.
2.
During the period of insurance, the insurant who causes harm, death or property damage to the third person due to the following accidents should be liable for the compensation. When the compensation is requested,
the insurance company will accept the claim: (1) the accidents caused by the insurant or employees due to running on the race route specified in this insurance policy (2) the accidents happened to the insurant because of the buildings, passages, machines or other work on the race route
3.
Exclusion items: (1) sports injuries caused by personal illness  (2) Symptoms as a result of personal health or cardiovascular symptoms, such as shock, heart disease, diabetes, heat exhaustion, heat stroke, high altitude syndrome, epilepsy and dehydration, etc.
4.
Please consider your own fitness and health condition before taking part in the competition. Participants are recommended to purchase personal accident insurance if suffering from the diseases listed in item 2.
 Please read the regulations carefully. For issues not mentioned above, the organizer will revise and announce after the resolution at any time. Please follow all the relevant information posted on the official website.
